Came here with my boyfriend to the cat cafe, it's $25 for 45 minutes! Each session starts at the beginning of each hour. We initially planned for 8 PM, but ended up calling to push back our session by an hour to 9 PM (their last session of the day). Would not recommend going at this time, the summer heat and late hours made the kitties privy to falling asleep. I'd wager going during colder weather and in the morning/before the middle of the day would be better to see more excited and playful cats. The workers informed us that there were a couple of cats that were new to the cat cafe and were still a bit touchy, and that it would be better to steer clear of them. Only a handful were willing to play with us and a lot were asleep/escaped to the employees only section of the room. There were a lot of toys laying around and different nooks and crannies that they were sleeping in! The playpen is very well decorated. The workers are very kind and enjoy explaining how they take care of the cats, how they get acclimated to living with each other, and various fun facts about their personalities. You can tell that they really love these cats! I haven't been to a traditional cat cafe in Japan, but they sold a lot of cute cat merchandise and stickers that are perfect for animal lovers. I had an overall good experience.

WORTH THE WAIT Love this place! They had yummy snacks and drinks too! I got the chocolate pocky sticks and strawberry milk... IN A CAN!!! so cutee!! We came shortly after one of the sessions started, but reserved our spot and got some pride merch. The cats and people were so friendly! The cats LOVED to play, and had a little spot to go back if they wanted to be left alone. They had a system where they had some resident cats to give off calming vibes to the newcomers. Most of the newcomers became adoptable once they were comfortable with people. All of the cats came from a shelter, and all proceeds go to the cats. LY NEKO

Surprised my daughter for her birthday to a visit to Neko Cat Cafe! Very cool cafe! Service was great, we booked a reservation for the cat room long in advance but I did hear a few people walk in same day. We had coffee and the shredded pork buns for a snack- delicious! The best part are the cats!! The resident cats were so friendly and seemed to love the attention! The cat room is large with plenty of seating. The cats had tons of places to lounge and play. We had a blast! Highly recommend for my fellow cat lovers!

When arriving definitely look out for their door as it was easy to miss since they are a semi-basement unit. When you enter you see the cat room to your left and cute merch to your right, and the merch definitely does not disappoint. The cafe area is very well kept and cute. There's something for everyone in the family here alcohol, coffee, snacks, and cats! If you're coming for the cat room experience you check in with the barista in the cafe and they even have a stamp card. Everyone here is so friendly and the cats are very fun and rooms also have toys so you can interact with the cats.

I stopped by Neko since they generously supported our conference attendees by providing us with a discount. Pros: -it's a cat cafe in Capitol Hill!!! -the decor is very cute inside -lots of great signage outside to let you know where they are -the staff was fabulous to work with Cons: -none!

The service was amazing!!! The cashier was so warm and welcoming. We wanted to come to hangout with the kitties but, weren't able to due to everything being booked. Make sure to make a reservation if you want to go into the room with the cats. We didn't order food but, it smells delicious! We ended up trying the copa blueberry CBD which was really light. It's infused sparkling water + fruit juice and I didn't really taste the carbonation. My boyfriend liked it, but I thought it was okay. I would definitely come back and make a reservation to play with the cats! If you don't have a reservation, you're welcomed to watch them through the glass, and there's some seating near the bar that allows you to watch the cats.

TL;DR - nice cafe, lots of cats, needs reservation but it's pretty easy to get the day before, food was good, super friendly staff, the only sad part was that the cats mostly ignored us :( Food - I got the cake ball and the strawberry milk. Loved the milk but the cake ball was a bit too sweet. I loved the cat shape though! Service - the two ladies there (Eliza and the other I didn't catch her name) were both super friendly and welcoming. It was easy to make conversation with them and they knew a lot about the cats and the cafe. Ambiance - it was nice and peaceful inside the cafe, and the non cat room seating area is pretty small (like 2 small tables and a long one and a small bar counter). There were plenty of cats in the room (like 8-10) but most were sleeping (I went at 8pm) and the ones that weren't kind of just ignored me. They were chill when I came over to pet them, but they didn't really want to play or anything. It was my first time at a cat cafe, so maybe cats just aren't my thing haha

Oh. My. Goodness. Let's talk about this Cat Cafe. I had NO IDEA such a place exists and it makes my heart SO HAPPY. I've had a bit of a rough year and my friend took me here to help cheer me up - and let me tell you, it is very hard to not have a good time in a room full of kitties wearing bow ties. Yes, you read that right - bow ties. You have to schedule an appointment time and most of the felines are available for adoption. You get to sit and play with them while having a coffee or even a glass of wine. If you're looking for something random and fun to do in the Seattle area, this is it. Just be prepared for cuteness overload and the urge to bring home one or four cats.
